What is the estimated time of arrival for my package?

The delivery timeline for any order depends on order placement date, your location, brand, and product categories. However, generally all orders are delivered within 3-5 working days. 

Change Shipping Address

Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?

Yes, any information in any order of yours can be changed/ edited within the first 6 hours of order confirmation. Please connect with us from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 P.M or email us/ 

Unfortunately, no changes can be made once the order is dispatched. If your order is in the “Processing” stage or is not yet dispatched, please cancel it and place a new order with the updated details.

Shipment Charges

Does Shop Epik Pk cover shipment charges?

No, Shipment charges are payable to delivery companies and vary depending upon the weight of your parcel and your shipping zone. Only products that are eligible for Free Delivery will have no shipment charges.

Missed my package delivery

I missed my package delivery, what should I do now?

If you missed the delivery due to any reason, we’ll attempt to deliver your order again, the next working day. 3 attempts will be made to deliver the order before the cancellation.

For COD orders, your order would be cancelled and you will have to place another order if you still want the item. For Paid orders, please contact our customer service.

Common reasons for delivery delay

What are the common reasons for delay?

The most common reasons for delivery delays are:

• Vendor Sourcing Issues: The vendor could take longer than expected time to fulfill your order.
• Courier service delay: Either Call Courier, Trax, TCS, and PostEx takes a longer than expected time to deliver your order.
• Customer not available: Our delivery company has not been able to get in touch with the customer.
• Wrong Address / Phone Number: While placing an order the customer has entered an incorrect address or phone number, leading to late delivery.
• Extreme Weather: The weather conditions of the destined city may be rough, for example, heavy rainfall, smog, landslide, etc. which may result in a delivery hold-up.
• Law and Order conditions: Due to religious procession, lockdowns, strike issues resulting in route blocking, you may receive your package after the promised time.

• Pandemic or natural disaster situation: Delivery may get delayed due to pandemic situations such as Covid-19, earthquake, and other related scenarios that can become hurdles in delivery.
